Our support coordinators assist participants to increase their capacity to maintain (or in some cases change) support relationships, resolve service delivery issues, and participate independently in NDIA processes. Our services also aim at providing participants with the assistance they need to get started with their NDIS support plan and connect them with the best providers that align with their needs.
